What is Loggerhead Club & Marina™?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ is a collection of marinas owned and operated by Seven Kings Holdings, a leader in marina management, located throughout the East coast of Florida. Loggerhead Club & Marina™ currently includes nine (9) facilities from north to south: Vero Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach, Lantana, South Lantana, Hollywood, Aventura, North Miami Beach and Miami. Loggerhead Club & Marina™ offers wet and dry slips, depending on the location, and provides unsurpassed service and amenities. All Loggerhead Club & Marina™ facilities are open to the public and offer transient, monthly, seasonal or annual slip rentals.
What are the benefits of joining from Loggerhead Club & Marina™?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ is open to the public and we consider our tenants “Members.” Each property offers comparable benefits including concierge level service, on-site amenities such as captain’s lounges with complimentary gourmet coffee, newspapers and boating publications, clean upscale restrooms, reciprocal use of other Loggerhead Club & Marina™ facilities, virtual offices with fax, copy and internet access.
Each property has unique benefits such as wet slips, dry slips, annual leases, seasonal leases, weekly or daily transients opportunities. Laundry facilities, on-site repairs and maintenance, haul-out, fuel such as hi-octane gasoline or marine grade diesel, on-site restaurants, pools, gymnasium, spa, cable, phone and/or other amenities are again unique to each Loggerhead Club & Marina™.
Membership in Loggerhead Club & Marina™ offers traditional marina access with modern amenities, social interaction such as rendezvous and picnics, and singular ownership providing continuity and consistency.
What is the relationship between Loggerhead Club & Marina™ and Loggerhead Marinelife Center?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ is committed to marine conservation. Therefore, Loggerhead Club & Marina™ agreed to make a near seven figure contribution to the Loggerhead Marinelife Center for the construction of a new 13,000 square foot campus in Juno Beach, Florida. The Loggerhead Marinelife Center is a marine hospital and rehabilitation center whose mission is to assist injured sea life, especially endangered sea turtles, and educate the public about conservation of our treasured waterways.
We encourage our Members to visit and support the Loggerhead Marinelife Center. We will be adding a kiosk to each marina to provide helpful tips on the water. Membership information for the Loggerhead Marinelife Center will also be available. Is Loggerhead Club & Marina™ a “Clean Marina”?
Our marinas in Vero Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach, South Lantana, Hollywood and Aventura are designated “Clean Marinas.” The other marina’s are in various states of approval for their respective designations as Clean Marinas.
Do you have Wet Slips?
No, we do not offer wet slips at Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Miami. We do offer wet slips at other locations including Aventura, Hollywood, South Lantana, Palm Beach Gardens and Vero Beach.
What is the depth of the marina or approach to the marina at low tide?
At low tide the approach to the marina is 4.8 feet. Once inside the marina the depth is 8 to 12 feet.
Do you have Dry Storage?
We do have Dry Storage at Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Miami for over 300 boats up to 35’. We also have Dry Storage marinas in the Loggerhead Club & Marina™ family including Palm Beach Gardens, Riviera Beach, and Lantana.
Do you rent boats?
We do not rent boats at our marina. If you are interested in a charter boat, we can assist you in with arrangements and charters may come into our marina to pick up clients. We can also assist you in local rental boat companies.
How do I get to Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Miami?
From the Turnpike go south to SW 112th avenue(exit 9B) go to SW 248 street. Turn right onto 248th Street and go straight to Black Point Park. Upon entering the Park, follow the signs toward the “Ramp.” Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Miami is located due East (on the right) of the Black Point Park boat ramp.
From US1 go south to SW 216th Street and turn left onto SW 216th Street. Follow to 87th avenue and then turn right. Go straight into Black Point Park. Again, follow the signs toward the “Ramp.” Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Miami is located due East (on the right) of the Black Point Park boat ramp.
You can access Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Miami by water thru the Biscayne National Park at GPS coordinates: 25 312.539 north latitude 80 17.925 longitude.
What are the hours for Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Miami?
We are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm seven days a week. All Loggerhead Club & Marina™ locations are closed on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.
What do we do if there is an emergency after hours?
The marina office phones are forwarded nightly to an answering service. The service will contact the Harbor Master or other Loggerhead Club & Marina™ official in the event of an emergency. If the incident involves an injury or the law is being broken, please dial 911. A call to the marina office is also appreciated.
What is the closest airport?
Miami International Airport (26.54 miles, 36 minutes)
Do you allow live-aboards?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Miami does not allow live-aboards. Please check with our Harbor Master for more information for Black Point Park options.
Do you offer new or used boat sales?
We do not offer new or used boat sales at Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Miami. Please feel free, however, to contact our Harbor Master for assistance regarding sales, boat rentals, charters or other leasing opportunities.
Do you sell gas or diesel?
Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Miami does sell marine grade gasoline and diesel. Please contact the Harbor Master. We also offer our Members a discount on fuel.
Do you sell bait?
We do sell some live and frozen bait on site in our Ship Store. We would be happy to provide directions to the nearest bait & tackle store and secure transportation for you if you require other bait. Our Ship Store will also carry boating essentials including soda, beer, ice and soft goods such as hats, t-shirts, sweatshirts and jackets.
Are there any good fishing locations near you?
Yes, there is great fishing in this area:

Do you have on-site pump-out service and how do I arrange for pump-out service?
Yes, we have Pump-Out services adjacent to the Fuel Dock. Call the Harbor Master for details.
How far away is the beach?
World Famous South Beach is the nearest beach to our location and it is 35 miles or 47 minutes away. Swimming locations along the Biscayne National Park are closer. Check with your Harbor Master for specific locations.
Are there any beaches or islands nearby that we can drop anchor and swim?
Yes, Boca Chica Key, Elliot Key and Swan Key are great places to anchor. You may also camp on some nearby keys including Elliott Key.
Are there any areas close by to go water skiing?
Yes, Biscayne Bay is a great place to water sky
Are there any restaurants on the water that we can get to?
We offer a restaurant on site featuring outstanding seafood, American cuisine and a full bar. The Ocean Grill, formerly the Pirates Den, is under new management and offers live bands on the weekend and outstanding views of Black Point Marina and Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Miami.
Are there any fixed bridges in the area and if so, what is the height limit?
To the north of the Marina the nearest fixed bridge is the Rickenbacker Causeway (76 feet at center).
What are the hours of the bridges for your marina?
There are no bridges to enter or exit Loggerhead Club & Marina™ - Miami.
How do you get to Elliott Key?
Out of the Black Point channel turn 109 degrees on your compass & it will take you strait to Elliot Key
